Athina is due to work on the conception and design for the Research & Development of a performance production with Pete Brooks, the artistic director of Imitating the Dog. Inspired by G Crewdson’s series of photography and Roy Anderson’s films, the theme of a micro drama is a mediation on the anxieties of contemporary urban life and alienation.
After a two year break due to the pandemic, Athina rejoins with Pete Brooks accompany and MA students from the Design and Performance Practice at Central St Martin’s University of Arts in Villa Nappi, in Polverigi, Italy for a five-day creative residency.
